Full Tilt Poker Software

With so many poker networks to choose from, Full Tilt stands out from the competition because their software is among the best. Full Tilt Poker.com thought of everything a user might want from a client and fused them into their awesome new interface. With tons of options and special features, they have everything you need to find a game, customize your tables, and multi table efficiently and effectively. This article describes the features they offer, and what options you can use to make playing on Full Tilt the best it can be.

When you go to make a new account, you will be prompted for a Full Tilt Poker Referral Code. You should enter MAXBONUS600, as this will give you the max bonus possible of $600, PLUS $800 each month in tournaments.

First, the lobby. Full Tilt has three different ways to display the lobby: Standard View, Basic View, and Classic View. Standard View, the default, is the best of the three because it has more options for finding a game and looks the best. The lobby type can be changed under the "Lobby" tab at the top at any time, but the information in this article uses the Standard View.

FullTiltPoker.com's lobby is designed to make finding the perfect game easy. At the top, they put a cascading menu to display table selections. Use it by choosing the format (Ring game, Sit & Go, Tournament or Rush Poker), the game, the limit and the stakes to show a relevant choice of tables. Most sites just show every table, but Full Tilt only shows games that you are interested in. If you want to narrow your search further by clicking the "Custom" button, you can choose exactly what stakes you want. Just below this menu, there is a green "advanced filters" button to make table selection even easier by filtering tables by the number of players, speed, cap/stack size and other options. For example, you can have Full Tilt only show full ring tables from $.25/$.50 to $1/$2, and avoid seeing all the tables you don't want to play on.

In the main part of the lobby, Full Tilt has several tools for sorting tables and finding a game. Sorting by a high average pot size or players per flop, for example, will probably bring the fishiest tables to the top. When you click on a table, look to the right to see all the players and stack sizes. With all of these options, the table selection tools at Full Tilt Poker offer everything a player could want. You can also change the interface by clicking the "Customize" button in the bottom-right.

Full Tilt Poker is packed with tools to make game play and multi tabling as smooth as possible. Click the "Options" menu at the top to see the many features to customize your interface. If your computer is laggy or slow, you can turn off avatars, animation and sound to optimize performance. Personalize your tables by clicking "Table View..." towards the bottom, where you can change backgrounds, card settings, chat options and layout. There are more options under the "Account" menu, where you can change your avatar or personal settings. Full Tilt's recent software update also added a useful new feature on tables where you can hover the cursor over your player to take another peek at the cards you folded in a hand.

When it comes to multi tabling, changing some options can make things much easier. When multi tabling, a player wants as few mouse clicks as possible. First, turn on the standard "Four Color Cards" option to avoid confusion, and make sure "Auto Center" is on so you don't have to find you seat at each table. Uncheck "Bring Lobby to Front" so that the lobby won't pop up whenever you leave a table, activate "Auto Muck Hands" if you usually muck and check "Auto-Post by Default" and "Wait For Big Blind by Default." Under "Table View...", set the background to Plain or Midnight, and use Buy-In Preferences and Bet Slider options however you like. When you turn on these options, multi tabling is much easier.

The customization doesn't end there. When you get to a table or tables, you should check out the "LAYOUT" button in the top right. This gives you tools for choosing, saving, and loading table layouts. You can do it manually, or use automatic layouts for quickly choosing displays. "Tile Tables" is made for for 3-4 tables, but is bad for multi tabling because the tables get too small. "Cascade Tables" is great for multi tabling many tables, but is not ideal for 4-10 tables because it is harder to monitor hands. Finally, the new "Stack Tables" option puts the tables right on top of each other. Again, It is great for multi tabling, but is not good if you want to keep track of how many tables are open and which table is which.

Full Tilt Poker continues to be a leader in the world of online poker because when it comes to game play, they set the standard with dozens of tools and options to make everything easier. With all the tools Full Tilt provides, you will find yourself playing more tables with less effort. Full Tilt is one of the top US Poker Rooms.
